My name is Denise Held, and I have been a hand analyst since 2020. My goal is to support you in getting to know yourself better, developing your talents and living them in your vocation. Together we will discover how you can use your strengths to achieve your personal and professional goals.

My credo is to work with people who are ready to develop themselves further and realise their full potential. I am particularly interested in young people who want to discover their potential and women returning to work who are looking for new perspectives. With empathy and humour, I help you to define your life goals and find the courage to turn your dreams into reality.

     Denise Held
Understanding what it means to be human has fascinated me since my youth. From a very young age, I wanted to learn more about myself: Who am I? Why am I here? Astrology, numerology, face reading, and similar subjects already had my full attention back then. At the same time, I loved languages more than anything. Discovering foreign cultures and getting to know people became a great passion of mine. As a child, I dreamed of becoming a translator and later a psychologist. Now, I do both: translating the language of the hands and delving deep into the soul.
It is indescribably beautiful for me to show people what they are made of, who they are, and what their purpose in life is. Seeing people's eyes light up and witnessing their radiance when I talk about their personality makes my heart leap with joy. My goal is to help people become the best version of themselves, to live their true personality, and to experience deep happiness and contentment.

Being a counsellor is one of my life purposes, as revealed in my hands! I live my highest values—responsibility, joy, gratitude, and freedom—100% through my work. Above all, the freedom to offer my services worldwide and from anywhere is a great gift for me!

On 12 December 2023, I founded the "Swiss Hand Analysis association" (www.verein-handanalyse-schweiz.ch) and am delighted to hold the office of President
Thanks to the project ‘Research into hand analyses in schools’, it was obvious that I should now take this step. With the Swiss Hand Analysis Association, I am in exactly the right place for the project close to my heart: promoting the acceptance of hand analyses in our society and improving the visibility of hand analysts.
